1. Have a firm list of criteria allowing for some flexibility (eg will a carport be adequate instead of a garage if there is other storage;
2. Take a drive around the area you are looking at, include adjoining suburbs as they may offer better value for money;
3. Register with our office to be notified of new listings available.
4. Complete your application correctly and supply all the required information and it will be processed within 24 hrs.
5. Think about the term of the lease required.   Remember you are liable for the rent and re-letting expenses if you break your lease agreement.
